Access Control + Visitor Management + Parking · 2025

Ministry of National Defense

When one of Vietnam’s most security-critical institutions needed access control at national scale, it chose Duall Master — deployed across 15 military service branches under Project 06 (Đề án 06), unifying people, vehicles, and visitors on a single platform. Personnel are recognized by face, fingerprint, or card; vehicles by licence plate; visitors by chip-embedded citizen ID — every entry tied to a verified identity.

National defense — access, vehicle, and visitor management across 15 service branches

Operational challenge

The site needed a cleaner operating workflow.

Ministry of National Defense — Vietnam brought a set of operating constraints that the deployment had to work within.

Defense sites don’t get a second chance at the gate. Across 15 service branches nationwide, the Ministry needed every person, vehicle, and visitor verified before entry — and a trustworthy record of each one afterward.
The standard had to be identical from one branch to the next and aligned with national Project 06, so identity at the gate matched the country’s official citizen-data system rather than a patchwork of local setups.

Duall Master solution

Workflow deployed around modules and site context

Personnel are recognized at the door by face, fingerprint, or card — whichever suits the post — so access is never granted to an unverified identity.

Vehicles clear the gate with AI licence-plate recognition running at around 99% accuracy, tuned specifically for the red number plates that mark Vietnam’s military vehicles — a plate class that generic ANPR routinely misreads.

Visitors register against chip-embedded citizen ID cards (CCCD), anchoring every arrival to official national identity data under Project 06.

People, vehicles, and visitors all run on one Duall Master platform — the same system and the same rules, rolled out consistently across all 15 branches instead of stitched together site by site.

Outcomes

What the deployment delivered

Outcomes described below reflect the operational direction documented for this site.

01

Every entry — personnel, vehicle, or visitor — is verified and recorded the same way across all 15 branches.

02

Military vehicles are read reliably at the gate, including the red plates that off-the-shelf systems struggle with.

03

Visitor identity stays anchored to official chip-CCCD data, keeping the deployment in step with national Project 06.

04

Commanders get one auditable security picture nationwide — and a deployment at this scale and sensitivity is proof Duall Master holds up where the bar is highest.
